Micro needling is a palette of rejuvenating & anti-ageing, beauty facial skin treatments. The procedure is aimed at stimulating of microcirculation and the natural processes of collagen production and regeneration. (It has also been successfully used for hair restoration in cases of non-androgenic alopecia).

After the procedure, your skin may be red and flushed on appearance in a similar way to moderate sun burn. You may also experience skin tightness and mild sensitivity to touch on the area being treated. This will diminish greatly after a few hours following treatments. Within 24 hours the skin will be completely healed. After 3 days, most visible erythema will be absolved.

After the treatment, you are issued with special aftercare products (Ultimate skin cocktail and soothing mask) and detailed use instructions. Proper aftercare product application is of great importance.

Appointments & Cancellations
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service(s). We recognise the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for a reason.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time.

First Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes early so there is time to complete the necessary client form on your FIRST scheduled appointment so we can get to know you a bit better.

Late Arrivals
When clients arrive late for their appointment, we will do everything possible to accommodate them, however, in consideration of the next scheduled client, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and a charge of 50% of your missed service will apply.
